This site is hand-built.

The content layer is Payload CMS 3.0, backed by Postgres. Next.js renders the pages. The whole thing runs on a server in my flat in Gdańsk — not in anyone's cloud.

Type is set in IBM Plex Sans for body copy, Playfair Display for headings and display type, and IBM Plex Mono for the small mechanical details: dates, labels, navigation.

No analytics. No tracking. Nothing phoning home.
